Asset Flux is a software practice in The Hague. We design, build and operate AI integrations, custom platforms and the servers under them, for companies that want senior engineers without hiring a department. We run six public systems of our own the same way.

We wrote these, we host them and we fix them when they break. Client projects get the same engineers, the same deploy recipes and the same monitoring.
Status comes from a request this server sends to each system, refreshed every five minutes. The rental desk runs on a private network and has no public address.

We put language models to work inside the products and processes you already rely on. Claude, GPT and open models, with retrieval and evaluation planned from the first week.

Hosting, deploys, monitoring and backups. We bill engineering time and pass cloud costs through at the provider’s rate, on Hetzner, OVHcloud, Netcup and PythonAnywhere.

who we work with
Our clients are small and mid-sized companies: rental operators, tour businesses, SaaS teams, agencies adding AI to what they sell, and bookkeeping and admin firms. Engagements range from a single integration to a multi-year retainer.
The practice stays small on purpose. We take on work we expect to support for years, and we work asynchronously with overlapping hours for clients in the EU, the Caribbean and the US.
